About The Guy!


Hello everyone, it's me Brian, The Guy with The Drone. How did I get this name? Well, in Hardin County, KY, there aren't too many people with drones. Well, I might just be the only one. So when people see me flying it, they ask, "Are you the guy with the drone?"


So yes, yes I am The Guy with The Drone.


I am a husband, a father, a Veteran, and as demonstrated here, a photographer. I like to enjoy life and seek out new adventures. Photography goes so well with this, as it captures those moments, those experiences, and those emotions we hope to never let fade away in our memories.


I am an Affiliate Member of the Heartland of Kentucky Association of Realtors (HKAR) and on the Board of Directors for the Radcliff Small Business Alliance. Additionally, I am a home owner and actively searching home buyer. As such, I know the mind set of a home buyer and what they want in the MLS photos.

Drone Pilot


  • FAA Part 107 Licensed Remote Pilot - Fancy Government Speak for I am a licensed drone pilot. Controlled Airspace? No problem. Don't risk your professional license because you don't have one.
  • $1 Million of Liability Insurance. No risk to you, or your client, if I am having a really bad day.

Real Estate Photography


  • Full photoshoots of your Real Estate listing. Flambiant and HDR photography techniques to bring you the highest quality inside/outside/above photographs as well as in house photo editing. In short, all of the photos you need and ready for the MLS to make your listing pop.
  • Photo editing. Got a house under construction, I can clean up the work in process so the potential buyers can see the house through the building supplies.
  • Provide RAW images to you for your own in house editing.
  • Work with your own director and provide 4K quality video.

I believe in service to the customer is the most important. If there is something wrong with the photoshoot, or the editing, let me know and we will work together to correct the problem. If the problem can't be resolved, there is no charge to you. It's that old fashion Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back.
